There are four parts of a month according to the false system we live in (4 Weeks).
According to Nature, there are 8 parts of a month, and it correlates with the menses cycle:
1. Rising Crescent
2. Rising Half
3. Rising Gibbous
4. Full-moon (Ovulation)
5. Setting Gibbous
6. Setting Half
7. Setting Crescent
8. Nun Moon (No Period)
A woman will draw in energy as she's reaching her ovulation point. She will push energy away as she reaches her menstruation point.
Learn to spiritually rise above your menses by controlling your emotions. Otherwise, the rise and set of the menses will be the cause of the rise and set in your emotional state (Unstability). As your menses bleeds out it's toxic build up every month, allow your mind and emotional state to bleed out with it.
During the 3-7 days you're bleeding out is the perfect time to let go of all the bad mental and emotional experiences you had that month. In this you will not become backed up or overwhelmed with negativity.
