Below is a list of lands that will be going on the market February 17th.

~Example: Lets say you want 1 -2 acres but that small amount of land is hard to find for a cheap price. If the land is 5 acres priced at $12,000 2 - 3 people can chip in. Each person would have their own private 2 acres for less than you'd pay on your own.
~ All the properties I show have very little to no restrictions, meaningnyou can have animals and do whatever you choose. And they're close to shopping and major cities.
In regards to water these properties give you option to dig a well or tap into the city's line.
